The most eventful day of Woodland Green Olympics was orchestrated on the 10th December as the closing of the Olympics. The Alma mater ground looked affable with tracks on it and flags flying. The children waited for the chief guest who arrived on the appointed time. The overweening champion of Kho-Kho boys and girls, cricket and football team were awarded the trophy and with the flag retrieval the Olympics was declared closed. Navkiranjeet and Vandit Jain were declared the fastest runners amongst the Woodland girls and boys. The Wood House was declared the Best House of 2011 –12. The cultural events added fanfare to the occasion.
