Achiever’s Day 2019-20
Achievers are not born talented but they possess the, “I Can Do It ” attitude.
Giving up the comforts and delving into the unknown and unpredictable abysses , taking a leave from fear and insecurity rather focusing on commitment and imagination, with undeterred and single minded aim, our Woodlanders proved their mettle in co-scholastic competitions held throughout the session. All these blue carbuncles from G-6 to G-11 were given a warm welcome on Monday 3rd February 2020 for creating a new milestone for themselves. All the achievers were felicitated with certificates and trophies by our virtuous Dean Dr. Simerjeet Kaur and affable Principal Ms Puja Dhiman .
Congratulating the trophy holders, Principal Ms Puja Dhiman emphasized that people with clear purpose and goals succeed because they know the destination and they have clear direction.
In her message, our ever inspiring Dean Dr. Simerjeet Kaur mentioned that the will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential are the keys to unlock the door of personal excellence. She congratulated the winners and motivated others to always grab the opportunity which comes along the way to develop wholesome personalities.
The day also marked the ‘Retrieval Ceremony’ for the student council for the session 2019-20. The intermediary body accomplished all their responsibilities with diligence and dedication and after handing over the symbols paved the way for new student council to hold the responsibilities.
