Yoga adds years to your life and life to your years. A few minutes of yoga every day can keep all the pressures away. Over the last several months of the current crisis, the need to consistently engage in regimes to remain physically fit and mentally strong has been stressful.
To facilitate and motivate our staff for physical fitness, a rejuvenating, relaxing, and reviving yoga session was held on the school campus on Wednesday, March 16th 2022.
The session was attended by the teaching faculty with great eagerness and enthusiasm, in which they performed simple and beginner asanas for 30 minutes.
The session ended with a note that ” You cannot control what is going on outside, but you can control what is going on inside.”
